Senior Corporate Accountant
Our valued client - a stable, well-backed and high-growth industry leader in Montgomery County - is expanding its Accounting Team by adding a take-charge, independent and proactive Accountant with at least 2+ years experience.
Preference is four (4) to six (6) years of applicable experience (corporate accounting, audit or tax) but we will consider less experience if applicants are a Certified Public Accountant (or CPA candidates). Candidates from smaller, medium-sized and large companies will be considered. ERP system experience and training is helpful, such as, SAP or Oracle.
The Accountant will support all corporate accounting functions: General Ledger, Financial Statement support and analysis, A/P, A/R, Inter-Company and Dept. Reconciliations, Internal Control Strategies, Inventory/Cost Accounting responsibilities, and additional departmental projects. This is someone who is flexible, adaptable, transparent and above all else - independent mind and customer-service friendly.
Must have exceptional communication skills when dealing with internal and external customers. There is no travel required, but versatility is needed with the diverse communication with many company partners and subsidiaries around the country. International experience is considered a plus.
