Cordia Resources is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented administrative support professional for a non-profit organization in the DC/Metro area.

The Operations and Customer Support Associate will contribute to the advancement, growth, and development of the firm’s day-to-day business operations and customer support team.

Administrative Customer Support Associate Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service and organizational support throughout the organization
  • Focusing on prioritizing the customer experience by providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through the customer support phone lines, email, and text, and
  • Internal communications and organizational support that focuses on building a culture of belonging, respect, and the tools and processes necessary to get good stuff done.
Human Resources
  • Proactively maintain and administer accurate and timely HR data in the HR system; input, update and reconcile data as required to make sure information is correct.
  • Provide support for recruitment efforts for open positions, posting jobs, organizing resumes, and scheduling job interviews.
  • Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes supporting the employee life cycle, including such areas as onboarding, performance management, benefit administration, and benchmarking compensation as outlined in the strategic plan.
  • Provide support in maintaining files and databases.
  • Assist in coordinating company-wide events and activities.
  • Assist in managing benefit administration process.
  • Assist in managing vendors and updating databases.
  • Maintain credit card process of downloading, saving, sending, and coding organizational
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Operations/Finance
  • Provide administrative and clerical support of daily operations and tasks.
  • Support the day-to-day management of office facility, supplies, resources, and requests through ticketing systems and other databases.
  • Assist in managing vendors and updating databases.
  • Renew state annual reports, keep all files updated, and certificates in good standing.
  • Maintain credit card process of downloading, saving, sending, and coding organizational expenses.
Administrative Customer Support Associate Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with human resources and administrative capabilities a plus
  • Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion issues
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and diverse groups toward the accomplishment of shared goals.
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects within close, overlapping, and or/conflicting deadlines.
