Contract Administrator

Actively seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to join the growing team of a full-service general contractor and leader in multifamily renovations and construction.  This position will support the President and the project management team
  • Approve all client contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements and coordinate execution
  • Manage all subcontracts and job change orders
  • Manage subcontractor insurance compliance, track receipt of W-9 from subcontractors, and process lien waivers
  • Process subcontractor vendor invoices for payment, oversee accounts receivable collections and resolve invoicing/billing issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Maintain Compliance account and other vendor/supplier set-up requirements
  • Oversee and administer project management software
  • Assist project managers with unit renovation tracking and other project administration
  • Assist project managers in reconciling project expenses and revenue to ensure overall profitability of the project

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • BS/BA highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
