  • Finance team of 3-4, role reporting to Director
 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Financial modeling; develop new or enhance/maintain existing company financial models used to support growth, strategic and operational initiatives, and decision making
  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Maintain rolling forecast model based on assumptions provided by senior management
  • Support and continue development of annual budgeting process, operating plan and modeling tools
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Implement and work with dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in various product lines, new location rollouts, marketing, and other new projects
  • Prepare acquisition models to analyze internal rates of return and other return measurements, as appropriate.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
  • Prepare presentations for Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-4 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Experience in multi-unit, multi-state concepts preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, Power BI is a plus
