You will be a part of:
Supervision and hands on maintenance of general ledger;
Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable;
Weekly disbursement processes to include reviewing a/p invoice entries and batches;
Record and reconcile monthly deferred and recognized revenue & expense and related fees;
Preparation of journal entries associated with reconciliation;
Processing payroll to include journal entry and employee payroll file updating;
And other general functional area responsibilities as they may arise.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong Microsoft Office experience, primarily with Excel
At least eight to ten years of general accounting experience
