Our client is looking to add an Accounting Clerk to their team in Vienna, VA as a result of continued organizational growth. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining all day-to-day office functions as well as managing the systems within the organization and Accounting duties. 
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Maintains office services including management of general office administrative tasks, coordination with outside vendors coordination of company events and other activities
  • Maintain equipment inventory, order office supplies, and printing/production
  • Data entry and reconciliation between multiple systems
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with the rest of the accounting team
  • Perform AP/AR processes and procedures
  • Support different elements of the month end close and reporting processes
  • Other balance sheet reconciliation processes
  • Maintain employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist executive team with ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience 
  • College Degree highly preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Possess excellent oral and written business communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in professional service environment preferred
