Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview                                                                                                                                              New Talent Acquisition Coordinator opportunity with a firm committed to delivering a combination of first-class performance, strategic advice and the highest level of client service.  

Seeking a proactive and professional individual to fill our Talent Acquisition Coordinator position. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral role supporting and contributing to the overall success of the recruiting team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also directly support our university recruiting efforts and internship programs.

This role will require 3 days a week in office in the Baltimore location and 2 days remote.

Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 

  • Schedules internal and external candidate interviews for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensures candidates have a positive experience while facilitating complex scheduling activity
  • Confirms candidate arrival information, travel and other logistics as needed for both virtual and onsite interviews
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team including preparing meeting agendas, scheduling interviewer trainings and other internal meetings
  • Complete reference checks and provides sourcing and screening support as needed
  • Posts job descriptions to the company website and job boards
  • Assist with internal candidate management and review employee referral applicants to ensure employees are communicated to with status updates in a timely manner.
  • Responds to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as position status, recruiting process or scheduling related questions
  • Solicits and tracks candidate assessment forms from hiring team and prepares candidate feedback summaries as needed
  • Assists all aspects of the internship recruitment life cycle including interview scheduling, coordinating campus activities and candidate travel
  • Supports planning and execution of intern orientation, programming, and events
  • Provides regular reporting on requisition status and other key recruiting metrics through Workday ATS and other systems as needed
  • Maintains files of agency and vendor agreements
  • Assists with onboarding of temporary staff
  • Performs other duties of a similar or related level and assists with special projects as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of HR or Recruiting administrative experience preferred
  • Campus recruiting experience a plus
  • Desire to grow within the Recruiting function
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday a plus)
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Advanced Outlook skills and prior scheduling experience in Outlook
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong willingness to enhance system skills and learn other systems 
  • Strives for innovation and process improvement
  • Highly collaborative and possesses a “can do” attitude
  • Illustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work in an office location
