Northern Virginia, Construction company is seeing a Corporate Recruiter to join their growing team! The successful candidate will be a collaborative business partner with a diverse group of hiring managers and have the ability to positively influence and impact the acquisition of the best talent for current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing through offer stage
- Partners with Recruiting Director and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job descriptions
- Conduct reference checks as needed
- Qualify requisitions using internal tracking system and determine where to post based on position
- Assist in managing all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as job boards, social and professional networking groups, public outreach, and diverse and creative recruiting efforts
- Assist Recruiting Director to develop new and innovative recruiting campaigns
- Consistent and timely follow up with hiring managers on all recruiting activity
- Assists in the new hire onboarding process by providing hire data
- Assists in collection and compilation of recruiting metrics for the Recruiting Director
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years Technical Recruiting experience preferably in Construction, Trades, or Engineering
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred
- 2+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work with different personality types
- Working experience using and managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Computer literate skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
