Our client is a growing firm seeking to add a new employee to their Business Development Group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a financial services firm with a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will be willing to jump in and make a contribution especially in managing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool and overall administrative support to the department.

Business Development Assistant/Administrative Assistant duties include:
  • Maintain DealCloud CRM with accurate information provided by the partners upon their return from client/investor meeting
  • Manage information in CRM regarding the sales pipeline and providing status reports to stakeholders
  • Create marketing programs in DealCloud to maintain client/investor relationships which provide value
  • Prepare weekly meeting Business Development Team Agenda
  • Schedule meetings, reserve internal conference room space and meals/catering as needed
  • Ensure that technology (zoom/teams) is functional for meetings, conference calls, and videoconferences
  • Coordinate travel for team members including flights, hotels, meeting space, etc.
  • Prepare expense reports for Partners using Concur
  • Assist with logistics for annual investor meeting, CEO/CFO Summit, conferences and speaking engagements

Business Development/Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of sales support/administrative experience supporting multiple busy executives
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred. DealCloud or SalesForce, and Concur are a plus
  • Demonstrated experience managing CRM programs
