The Meeting Production Specialist has a deep command of conference room AV systems and various, virtual collaboration platforms, accompanied by a real-world understanding of the challenges our customers experience in a hybrid meeting environment. This ideal candidate possesses advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills with a concierge level of customer service. They are well versed in all aspects of government-based, virtual webinar coordination with the ability to schedule and effectively communicate a clear plan, leading to a successful event. This Specialist must be able to lead projects and small teams of 1-3 technicians ensuring projects are completed timely and accurately. Core competencies include:

Deep understanding of various physical in-room conference systems including troubleshooting AV racks, teleconference-VTC codecs, Creston/AMX, and related touch panel systems.
Create, coordinate, and maintain deadlines from pre-meeting through post-production responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Certified Technical Specialist (CTS) certification is a plus.
Must understand AV conference room system operation and signal flow.
Experience working in a government environment preferred.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
