We are currently looking for a IT Asset Logistics Specialist who will:

• Perform verification and audit of CMDB content by confirming hardware and software assets with actual inventory and initiating corrective actions to track them
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management
• Execute shipping, receiving and other logistics functions
• Collaborative working style to achieve overall team success

Additionally, the ideal candidate can:

• Communicate with all levels of management including client executives (i.e, interpersonal skills, approachability, effective listening skills, appropriate use of style and language for the audience)
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills; logical thinker and intellectual curiosity

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Ability to pass a federal background check successfully and maintain eligibility for continued access authorizations, including periodic drug screenings, granted by such a successful background check
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years experience in IT Asset logistics processing
• Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse type environment
• Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter and able to operate in a proactive way
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Desire to work with a rapidly growing organization of high performers

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with BMC Remedy / Service Now to track IT Assets
• Experience working in the federal government
• ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
