Job Title: Staff Accountant

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000

Software: QuickBooks online, Bill.com, MS Excel

Work Schedule: In office – 5 Days a week

Location: Rockville, MD 20852

Job Responsibilities include:

• Billing and Cash Receipts Processing
• Disbursement and Accounts Payable Processing
• Bank and Credit Card Processing and Reconciliations
• Preparation of Month-end Journal Entries
• Assist in the Preparation of Month End Financial Statements
• Perform Additional Duties as Directed by Management
