If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Human Resources Coordinator. As a vital member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HRIS data, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and supporting prospective candidates and new hires throughout the clearance process.
Responsibilities:
Utilize HRIS system to manage employee data, including adding new hires and processing terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing necessary details to candidates and interviewers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed and assisting with orientation activities.
Maintain effective communication with prospective candidates and new hires, providing timely updates and answering their inquiries.
Assist in managing background check processes, guiding candidates through the clearance process, and tracking their progress to completion.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, as needed, to support the overall success of the HR department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with HRIS systems, with a focus on adding and terminating employees.
Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and team members effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in HR data management and documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving HR-related issues.
Previous experience with background check systems and a clear understanding of clearance processes is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
