As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the presales discovery, analysis, architectures, designs, and proposals of relevant solutions that map to customer outcomes and requirements through direct client engagement. A SA effectively and efficiently leverages presales methodologies, technical acumen, key relationships (clients, internal Presidio stakeholders, and vendor partners), and context analysis (Industry, Customer, Technical, Sales) to position and recommend solutions that deliver long-term value.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers and account managers in Pre-Sales situations
Work effectively across functions with other Presidio Federal employees in Sales, Marketing, Proposals, Capture, and Project Management areas
Meet with customers and collect customer requirements for infrastructure requirements
Work with Account Manager/Sales Team to develop customer relationships and solutions
Build and foster business relationships with strategic partners and vendors
Create high-level solution designs/architectures and present to customers
Create customer and partner-facing presentations
Create BoMs and solution configurations
Build scopes of services and professional services pricing
Write SoWs and/or respond to RFPs
Responsibilities

Requirements
We seek a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
We seek at least 10+ years' of experience with security roles involving designing, developing, and implementing complex security solutions.
Hands-on experience in deploying, administering, configuring, or integrating multi-vendor solutions is an advantage.
Develop high-level technical security solutions and present to clients (Hardware, Software, Licensing, Professional Services).
Industry and vendor certifications like CISSP, GIAC, CEH, Cisco, PAN, F5, etc. are highly preferred.
Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation, and support of two or more of the following:
Wireless solutions (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba)
Routing and switching solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
You possess strong knowledge of security architectures and technologies, including assessment, methodologies, and compliance standards (e.g., ZTA, TIC, NIST, HIPAA, SANS 20)
Must be a US Citizen and be clearable or hold a Government Clearance (TS is preferred)
