As the Accounting Manager, your role goes beyond traditional accounting tasks. You'll be entrusted with building out and refining the accounting functions, ensuring processes are efficient and aligned with industry best practices. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the accounting infrastructure and ensuring it supports the company's overarching objectives.
 

Responsibilities

• Spearhead month-end close activities, encompassing reporting, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Oversee and optimize the ERP system as the central hub for project resources and tracking.
• Facilitate smooth financial audits as the primary liaison.
• Produce in-depth financial reports for top-tier leadership, while managing daily accounting undertakings.
• Administer payroll operations and supervise accounts receivable functions.
• Engage with various teams for efficient project tracking and reporting.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and tailored management requests.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 4+ years in corporate accounting.
• Desired Traits: Hands-on approach, eagerness to make a significant impact, and stellar communication abilities.
