Grant Administration Analyst 16459157

Cordia Resources is seeking an experience Grant Administration Analyst to support grant administration, budgeting, and analysis. 

Responsibilities
  • Monitor grant revenues and expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Reconcile grant accounts and prepare necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Track grant budgets and provide regular updates to management.
  • Prepare accurate and timely grant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure alignment of grant activities with organizational goals.
  • Assist in grant proposal development, budget preparation, and submission.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and private grant regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in revenue monitoring, reconciliation, and budget tracking
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive grant reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
