Program Support

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for respective project, across all engineering disciplines.
• Produce recommendation reports, analysis of alternatives, and gap analysis of any relevant tools and technology that can aid customer missions.
• Provide technical and programmatic status and advisement to Project Manager, Chief Engineer, senior leadership, customers, and business partners.
• Provide technical and programmatic direction to Engineering team.
• Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Plan, develop, and update program execution budget and schedule in coordination with Project Management.
• Lead engineering team in meeting all technical delivery milestones and contractual requirements in accordance with program execution budget and schedule.
• Identify engineering resource needs and coordinate with Engineering Functional Management for resource allocations to effectively meet project execution budget and schedule.
• Coordinate, consolidate, review, and approve all technical inputs and deliverables.
• Coordinate, consolidate, review, and approve all technical content for Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and milestone technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR).
• Develop and present project-centric technical content (e.g., roadmap, technical risks, SOW technical requirements) for Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and milestone technical reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR).

• Enforce adherence to established process in the course of project execution.
• Apply strong leadership principles to foster a safe, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
• Recognize team achievements through the utilization of newsletter spotlight and general encouragement.
• Hold staff accountable when not meeting expectations through direct employee engagement and/or through coordination with Engineering Functional Management.

Customer Alignment

• Engage with current customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Ensure approaches and activities align with customer requirements and expectations.

Business Winning

• Engage with current customers and business partners to gain insight into future needs and scope growth opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate inputs to Basis of Estimates (BOEs) that are executable while remaining competitive, in response to solicitations for proposal and ROM estimates.
