The Recruiting Manager will provide full life cycle recruitment support for our salaried hiring needs across our Operations/Production and Corporate teams (ranging from a Production Supervisor to a Director of Technology to a Marketing Coordinator). This role involves conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and regularly reporting on the success of our talent acquisition programs. The Recruiting Manager will also supervise the work of the Recruiter responsible for hourly hiring.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience for a wide range of roles
  • Demonstrated experience effectively partnering with hiring managers to support current and future hiring needs
  • Experience engaging passive candidates to help find the right people for our open positions
  • Experience using social media to support recruitment efforts (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws to ensure compliance in our hiring activities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Understanding of how to use Boolean searches to source candidates
  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system to track recruiting metrics and identify trends
  • Strong multicultural competency and awareness, demonstrated by building relationships that cross multiple dimensions of diversity such as race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic status, and others.
  • The ability to remain focused in ambiguous situations and frequently changing organizational structures.
