They are seeking a a highly skilled Interim Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations during a period of transition. Title: Interim Controller Location: On-Site – Houston, TX Job Type: Contract Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership and private equity partners to provide insights and recommendations.
Implement and enhance financial controls and processes across multiple sites.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a financial leadership role within a private equity environment is required.
Strong familiarity with multi-site healthcare operations is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Sage Intacct is preferred; ability to quickly adapt to new financial systems is essential.
Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
