Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and private equity partners to provide insights and recommendations.
- Implement and enhance financial controls and processes across multiple sites.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure effective performance and professional growth.
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role within a private equity environment is required.
- Strong familiarity with multi-site healthcare operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct is preferred; ability to quickly adapt to new financial systems is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
