Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert has been engaged by a mid-sized organization that is searching for an interim Staff Accountant to help with a catchup/cleanup project.  This is a contract role that could become permanent for the right candidate:

Candidate will be responsible for:
Journal entries
Bank account reconciliations
Month/Quarter/Year-End Close activities
Other duties as assigned
 
Candidate should have the following experience:
1+ year as a Staff Accountant/GL Accountant
Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
Experience with Sage Intacct required
“Can do” attitude
Strong Excel experience to manipulate data out of the GL system

Pay: 35-50/hr.
