Job Title: Claims Administrator / Processor

Location: Alexandria, VA (2-3 days on site) 

Pay Range: 30-35/hr. converting to $70-80K

We are looking for a Claims Administrator / Processor to join our team and coordinate and participate in the administration of the organization’s company-wide loss and claims management program, including Property Damage, Automobile, General Liability, and Theft/Crime. The incumbent will be responsible for administering the claims process for vehicle accidents, third-party liability losses, and property damage with insurers and appropriate parties, including incident reporting, investigation, and resolution. The successful candidate will be required to follow-up with adjusters, third-party, employees on outstanding claims in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate the claims process for vehicle accidents, third-party liability losses, and property damage with insurers and appropriate parties.

• Investigate and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents and claims to insurers.

• Follow-up with adjusters, third-party, employees on outstanding claims.

• Maintain accurate and complete records of claims and associated documentation.

• Provide regular reports on claims management and loss prevention.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software.
