Our firm is performing a search for a Technical Proposal Manager for a fast-growing Government Contractor. This role is hybrid with only one day in Reston, VA, while the other four (4) days can be remote. Annual salary is in the range of $150,000 to $160,000.

Comprehensive Proposal Development Oversight

Resource Identification and Procurement

Solicitation Analysis and Document Structuring

Proposal Planning and Schedule Management

Strategic Meetings and Reviews

Technical Information Gathering and Integration

Guidance and Compliance Assurance

Proposal Editing and Compliance Verification

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

Continuous Learning and Adaptation

 

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in proposal preparation and management within a government contracting environment.

Strong Color Team Review experience, Shipley or APMP Certification preferred

Thorough understanding of RFP structures and the ability to critically assess and respond to RFP requirements.

Experience with various proposals, including program and multi-award contracts (IDIQ, BPA, GSA).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, SalesForce, and other document and CRM tools.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering/Science, or a related field.
