Cordia Resources is seeking an Accountant to support a growing leader in the construction industry, committed to delivering exceptional service and value. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
           Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
           Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
           Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
           Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
           Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
           Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
           Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
           Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
           Knowledge of construction-specific accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint) is a plus.
