As we embark on our journey to scale and prepare for going public, we are seeking a dynamic NetSuite Administrator to play a pivotal role in our implementation and integration processes. If you're a certified NetSuite expert with a knack for accounting, data migration, and training, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite platform to align with business objectives.
• Development & Customization: Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to develop workflows, custom scripts, dashboards, and reports.
• User Management: Manage user roles and permissions, and provide comprehensive training to ensure effective use of the platform.
• System Integrity: Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity and security.
• Integration & Collaboration: Oversee integrations into NetSuite, particularly with our product Celigo, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Accounting Support: Aid in supporting accounting functions such as AP, AR, and GL, alongside operational reporting.
• Process Development: Develop and enforce system protocols and meticulously document processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a NetSuite Administrator with hands-on experience in ERP systems.
• Certification: Must have a NetSuite Administration certification.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Accounting Knowledge: Familiarity with financial reporting and business operations.
• Project Management: Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and project management.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support users confidently.
