You will play a critical role in shaping the go-to-market strategies and executing key initiatives for our aerospace and defense digital solutions. Focused on both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) engagements, you will be responsible for defining customer segments, positioning, and messaging while supporting the sales teams in driving success across Air & Space, Ground, Maritime, and Command & Control (C2) Profit and Loss (P&L) engagements. Your work will directly impact our ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and build the company’s digital presence in the aerospace and defense industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and implement a robust go-to-market strategy for both B2B and B2G segments, ensuring alignment with the company's digital initiatives.
- Design customer identification and qualification processes for effective targeting in both B2B and B2G contexts.
- Define and implement pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and value-driven pricing.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand key trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in aerospace & defense digital technologies.
- Develop comprehensive Market Research Documents for each domain within our focus areas, ensuring insights are translated into actionable business strategies.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging tailored to different customer segments (Air & Space, Ground, Maritime, and C2) to ensure strong positioning in the market.
- Produce high-quality marketing content including presentations, white papers, case studies, and digital collateral that communicate the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content aligns with customer needs and product offerings.
- Support pre-sales teams in the Air & Space and Ground, Maritime, and C2 domains to develop effective sales presentations and collateral.
- Assist in managing key customer accounts and P&L engagements to ensure the success of digital solutions in the market.

Required Qualifications
- MBA preferred or equivalent business and technical experience.
- Proven experience in a product marketing role within the aerospace and defense industry, ideally with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
- Experience with embedded software, containerization, container orchestration, and government reference architectures is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) marketing strategies, with a solid grasp of customer engagement and pricing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic market research and translate findings into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Understanding of enterprise software solutions, particularly within the aerospace and defense sectors, and experience with digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies in embedded software, containers, container orchestration, and government reference architectures.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities in the market.
