We’re looking for someone who thrives in hands-on systems engineering, enjoys mentoring junior engineers, and is comfortable working closely with leadership across the Space Systems Business Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of flight electronics: design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
  • Own subsystem design efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Design spacecraft electronics (avionics, solar arrays, batteries, payloads, harnessing).
  • Perform performance and survivability analysis of electrical systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.
  • Take on additional engineering duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in high-reliability electronics development.
  • Strong background in digital/analog mixed-signal circuit design.
  • Proficient in Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Experience with embedded systems (microcontrollers, FPGAs).
  • Skilled with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, thermal chambers, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • RF circuit design and testing.

  • Hands-on PCB prototyping and rework.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
