What You’ll Do:

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, reporting, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Controller (commercial/industrial sector strongly preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on accounting leadership
• Solutions-oriented leader with the ability to thrive in a roll-up-your-sleeves role
• Availability to commit to a 6+ month on-site assignment in Louisville
