Bookkeeper/Accountant with QuickBooks and Billing Experience

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with strong billing experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling high-volume billing, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities:
•             Manage high-volume billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
•             Process and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks
•             Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
•             Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
•             Assist with accounts receivable and collections as needed
•             Provide support for audits and reporting requests

Qualifications:
•             Strong billing experience required
•             Proficiency with QuickBooks required
•             2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
•             Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•             Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
•             Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
