About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Celigo to design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across our business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Celigo’s iPaaS platform (IntegratoriO) and a solid background in ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize workflows, automate processes, and ensure data integrity across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations using Celigo IntegratoriO.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor data flows, and ensure system reliability.
• Optimize workflows for ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and other business-critical platforms.
• Create documentation for integration processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams on Celigo functionality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve system efficiency and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing and managing Celigo IntegratoriO integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data formats (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and/or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
• Familiarity with business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Celigo certification(s).
• SQL and scripting knowledge.
