Senior Accountant (Corporate)
Salary: $90K–$100K + Discretionary Bonus

Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert Advisory is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative 6-person accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller.
What You’ll Do

• Manage full cycle accounting, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and month-end close
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support leadership decisions
• Assist with entity consolidations across 35+ active entities
• Support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Partner with team members and internal stakeholders with a customer-service mindset

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public accounting) – real estate or corporate accounting exposure preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Systems: Timberline/Sage 300 experience is ideal; advanced Excel skills required
• Strong organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities, with a go-getter attitude and interest in professional growth
