Cordia Resources is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Administrator. This role will be responsible for managing donor gifts and membership receivables, ensuring accurate account reconciliations, and supporting strong customer service for our members and donors. The ideal candidate has a background in receivables, excellent communication skills, and experience in a nonprofit environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage donor gift processing and membership receivables
Prepare and maintain account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform follow-up on outstanding balances
Provide excellent customer service to members, donors, and internal stakeholders
Assist with billing and receivables reporting to management
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong accounts receivable and billing experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Nonprofit industry experience preferred
NetSuite experience a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
