Senior Accountant/Program Control Analyst-Costpoint
Mclean, VACordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant / Program Control Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting financial management and program control activities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support project set-up and maintenance within Costpoint.
- Prepare and review cost allocations and ensure proper charge distribution.
- Provide audit support, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
- Partner with program management to provide financial analysis and program control support.
- Assist with process improvements and compliance initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Costpoint experience required.
- Program control experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and cost allocations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
