Cordia Resources is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working with a condo association and will be skilled in balancing property operations, resident relations, and financial support.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily property operations and administration
Serve as a key point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Support leasing activities, including processing applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, resident payments, and account reconciliation
Assist with vendor management and service coordination
Support compliance with condo association rules, regulations, and reporting requirements
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
Qualifications:
Prior experience working for a condo association is required
Property management experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with property management software and MS Office Suite
