Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant / Program Control Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting financial management and program control activities, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support project set-up and maintenance within Costpoint.
• Prepare and review cost allocations and ensure proper charge distribution.
• Provide audit support, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
• Partner with program management to provide financial analysis and program control support.
• Assist with process improvements and compliance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Costpoint experience required.
• Program control experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and cost allocations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
