Cordia Resources is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing, managing employee updates, and generating accurate payroll reports. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience and be proficient in Costpoint and UKG systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Assist with audits and year-end reporting.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
Proficiency in Costpoint and UKG payroll systems.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
