Payroll Specialist-Costpoint and UKG

Cordia Resources is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing, managing employee updates, and generating accurate payroll reports. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience and be proficient in Costpoint and UKG systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Assist with audits and year-end reporting.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in Costpoint and UKG payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
