Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and project cost tracking
- Supervise a small, globally distributed accounting team (Philippines-based)
- Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance reporting
- Drive optimization of the NetSuite system
- Develop and implement SOPs to support scalable financial operations
- Act as liaison between executive leadership and accounting staff, providing mentorship and accountability
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- Strong hands-on accounting expertise
- Proven experience leading accounting teams and improving processes
- NetSuite proficiency is mandatory
- Experience in ecommerce and project-based accounting (job costing)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to grow into a more responsible leadership role
