They are seeking an Interim Controller to support their team on a 2-3 month contract basis with the potential for contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and project cost tracking
Supervise a small, globally distributed accounting team (Philippines-based)
Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance reporting
Drive optimization of the NetSuite system
Develop and implement SOPs to support scalable financial operations
Act as liaison between executive leadership and accounting staff, providing mentorship and accountability
Qualifications:
CPA required
Strong hands-on accounting expertise
Proven experience leading accounting teams and improving processes
NetSuite proficiency is mandatory
Experience in ecommerce and project-based accounting (job costing)
Comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to grow into a more responsible leadership role
