Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a respected association who is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team.

This elevated role is perfect for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and board presentations. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will support the development of operating and program budgets, generate budget-to-actual reports, and provide financial insights to drive organizational success. You’ll work closely with a team of three, leveraging advanced budgeting and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated operating and program budgets
• Generate and present budget-to-actual reports and financial statements
• Support annual budget meetings and collaborate with unit staff
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Utilize advanced budgeting and accounting software

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of finance experience, ideally in an association or non-profit setting
• BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar accounting software, and BI360/Solver, Planful, Prophix, Vena or similar budgeting software
• Strong Excel and technical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Salary: Around $150K (to be confirmed)
Location: Remote eligible (with some state restrictions)
