A leading communications solution provider based in Berks County and servicing the South East PA market and beyond, is searching for a Health & Safety Communications Sales professional. By providing unique wireless communications solution to customers, drive new business solutions in the emergency communications field, and potentially leading the onsite installation teams, you will be part of driving industry specific communications solutions to a wide variety of organizations like Schools, Hospitals, EMS, and First responders. You will also be in front of the business development aspects as the company moves forward.
You will be servicing the Lancaster/ York/ Dauphin/ Chester areas.
Position Summary
Responsible for servicing existing accounts and to establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Accept and foster training on the suite of products and services offered by the corporation. Foster and cultivate both existing and new clientele by proactively promoting the capabilities and offerings of the corporation.
Provide assistance and insight with the development of marketing and communication campaigns.
Responsibilities
Solicit business opportunities from new and existing clientele
Provide outstanding Customer Service
Participate in company-sponsored technical training on products and services either currently provided by the corporation or products and services endeavored to be provided in the future pursuant to customer demand or emerging technology needs.
Schedule and plan meetings with existing and new clientele to discuss communication and technology needs.
Participate in scheduled Sales Department conference calls.
Compile documentation relative to sales activity, call logs, opportunity logs, and strategic development.
Provide pre-sales consultative advice during opportunity walk-throughs, responses to Requests For Proposals, project planning, and design/engineering.
Work harmoniously with all corporate departments including but not limited to Administration, Sales, Fulfillment, and Executive Management on daily operational issues and opportunities.
Shadow other employees in the spirit of learning more about our organization.
Must be able and willing to travel, possess a valid driver’s license, and able to pass government clearances along with a drug test.

You must be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, network diagrams, basic schematics, Bills of Material (BOM), and theory of operations.

Qualifications
High School Diploma
3+years of working with or around 2/3 way communications that are specific to the closed channel and security driven communications arena.
Understanding of the above technical Technical Health & Safety Communications solutions

Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to follow directions
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to pass a drug screening test
