Cordia Resources has an immediate need for an experienced Front Desk Administrator
to join a stable organization on a temporary basis in North Bethesda, MD. This is 100% onsite in MD, following strict COVID protocols.
Front Desk Administrator Requirements
- Prior experience in the construction/HVAC industry
- Prior Invoicing experience is highly preferred, 2/3 of the role will be admin, front desk support and the remainder will be light accounting work.
- Strong communicator, will be working with vendors, need to be quick on your feet to direct calls
- Temp, although can become perm is all goes well
- Can commute to MD, 100% in office
