Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a dynamic company primarily providing IT managed services firm who is seeking a skilled Contract Administration Consultant to support their team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing vendor contracts, including renewals and new agreements. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring smooth contract transitions as our client migrates services to another entity.

Title: Contracts Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: 8-12 months

Hourly Rate: Market

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review vendor contracts, including terms and conditions, statements of work (SOW), payment terms, extensions, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ask pertinent questions and ensure contract compliance.
  • Facilitate the transfer and transition of contracts as part of the migration process.
  • Provide clear communication and handoffs for action as appropriate.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration with a focus on vendor and supplier agreements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • There is currently no contract management system in place so the process is manual.
  • Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours per week).
