Our client, a mid-sized DC law firm has opening for an Accounting Manager with minimum 5 years law firm accounting experience. This position performs all the day to day accounting and finance functions. Primary responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll and tax reporting, accounts payable, client billing and accounts receivable, general ledger, 401(k) administration, partnership tax matters, treasury management, financial reporting, annual business insurance renewals.
This exempt position reports directly to firm management.
ADP payroll experience strongly preferred. PerfectLaw accounting software a plus. Advanced Excel skills required.
