Cordia's client, a rapidly growing health-tech company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing HR & Talent Acquisition Team.

What this job is about
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads talent acquisition and recruitment. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture and working directly with our Leadership Team you will:
  • Identify, recruit and hire technical and non-technical talent
  • Determine areas of improvement for recruitment operations and processes
  • Analyze and apply hiring metrics
  • Manage and mentor team members
What you are about
You have 7+ years of recruitment success with experience in full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems, sourcing, selecting, and branding. You also:
  • Have applied metrics and presented to leadership
  • Have high emotional intelligence
  • Have led a team and influences through positive communication
  • Exhibited perseverance and grit, and act with a sense of urgency
Workforce planning in startup environments and/or SaaS company work experience (highly desired). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
