Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the program and functions
- Tracking and coordinating monthly CDRL deliverables with PM’s and Technical Leads
- Coordinating/ tracking dynamic engineer travel demands
- Assisting with coordinating, scheduling & establishing internal meetings
- Assisting capturing meeting minutes for multiple Government meetings as formal deliverables
- Establishing and controlling data management for official documentations
- Planning and scheduling event outings
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and efficient
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Program Coordinator or relevant position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint, Slack, Jira and Microsoft Office
