Title: HR Administrator
Pay Rate: Market Rate
Position Location:  Remote - Washington, DC
Job Type: Contract
Start Date: Immediately

HR Administrator Responsibilities:  

  • Recruitment Admin Support:
    • Assist in posting positions, scheduling interviews, and notifying candidates of application status
  • Onboarding Admin Support
    • Complete reference checks and process background check requests
    • Create new hire and equipment notifications
    • Create new hire orientation schedules
  • General Admin Support
    • Data collection
    • Data entry into HRIS, ATS, and HR Portal
    • Electronic filing system maintenance (SharePoint, ATS, etc.)
    • Assist with PowerPoint presentation development
    • Prepare and run reports
    • Assist with form and template creation
    • Assist w/ preliminary research for initiatives
    • Process invoices; contracts maintenance
    • Create ZTT and departmental organizational charts
    • HR scheduler; create agendas, and designated notetaker
    • HR sites maintenance (HR Portal and HR Support Center)
  • Assist as needed with other admin-focused HR initiatives/special projects including but not limited to:
    • Benefits
    • Training & Development
HR Administrator Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate and 2-3 years’ experience; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Strong administrative background
  • Some knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines preferred
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily assignments and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently and as a member of a team
