Master Scheduler
Arlington, VAThis position will work a rotating hybrid schedule in Arlington, VA. WEEK 1 - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote WEEK 2 - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate and maintain an integrated project and activity schedule across all offices.
- Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Lead cross functional team members in the definition of project tasks, establish task durations, define relationships, impose constraints, collect weekly status
- Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling and understand the impacts of any changes to program delivery
- Perform DCMA 14-point assessment, critical path analysis, and Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment
- Design and implement WBS coding structures and IMP/ IMS coding structure
- Define methodology and approach for implementing giver/receivers
- Develop tier-one schedule (one pager), tier-two schedules, and master schedule from a single database using Microsoft Project
- Develop process, procedures, and strategy for implementing scheduling best practices
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to the program staff with regards to scheduling

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for degree requirement.
- Active Top Secret clearance required or able to obtain interim TS prior to start.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Expertise using Microsoft Project and add-on software such as OnePager Pro and audit software.
- Ability to identify, track, and integrate risks into the IMS.
- Ability to develop high level schedules and graphics utilizing MS Project to deliver to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate client-facing meetings to review the IMS and discuss potential schedule slips and mitigation plans.
- Experience tracking multiple high priority information technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues to groups outside of your team or those who are unfamiliar with the topic.
- Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions and come up with out-of-the-box solutions.
- Be proactive in providing feedback and be enthusiastic in sharing your knowledge with others.
- Capable of prioritizing your own tasks and potentially the tasks of others while making sure deadlines are met.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience with Information Technology and Cyber projects.
- Experience with traditional waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
