Silver Spring, MDWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Real Estate Controller to join a non-profit organization with a real estate focus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance and accounting, with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of full-cycle accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.

- Support full cycle accounting along with development accounting
- Oversee the property accounting team and prepare and review financials
- Perform variance analysis
- Support audit preparation
- Set up internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Real estate industry experience required
- Non-profit experience a plus
- Supervisory experience required
- Excellent Excel skills required
- MRI Experience a plus
