We are searching for a Director of Finance for a temp-to-hire full-time position currently located in Silver Spring, MD working on a very hybrid basis. This is a very hands on role that manages a small staff including a Senior Accountant and 2 Accounting Clerks. This role will managing day to day accounting operations and grants. They will also prepare the financial statements and handle analysis.

- Strong reconciliation and reporting experience required
