Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A professional for an 8-month contract assignment. As a Senior FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, with specific experience in Costpoint, Advanced Excel, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and creating impactful PowerPoint decks. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own location.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making by senior management.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing insights on business performance.
• Support the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Costpoint software is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or similar business intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of creating visually compelling and impactful PowerPoint decks for executive-level presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
