Your Impact

• Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries
• Support flux analysis for international entities within the company
• Manage payroll accounting for various international entities in Canada and the UK
• Develop processes and controls for Cloudpay payroll system
• Analyze capitalization processes and support monthly accounting
• Monitor daily cash and prepare monthly cash reconciliations
• Manage regulatory compliance such as business licenses, credit reporting, and tax lien filings
• Collaborate with internal teams in continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist the Controller in building and documenting a sound and effective internal control structure, ensuring appropriate segregation of responsibilities and adherence to GAAP accounting policies

Your Experience

• BA degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4-8 years of progressive experience in a fast-paced transaction environment
• CPA designation is a plus
• Experience with Financial and Payroll ERP systems, Intacct and Cloudpay, is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, display initiative and demonstrate leadership
