📊 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Accounts Receivable: Managing and maintaining our Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
2. Grants Accounting: Experience in accounting and tracking grants is crucial to excel in this role.
3. Reconciliations: Handling heavy reconciliations, both General Ledger and Bank, to maintain financial integrity.
4. General Ledger / Month-end Close: Contributing to the month-end close process to ensure financial accuracy.
5. Concur Expense Report System: Familiarity with Concur Expense Report System is a plus.

• Strong accounting background
• Proficiency in using accounting software like Intacct and Concur (preferred but not required)
